June 11-13: Ft. Berthold Three Affiliated Tribes Healing Ride, New Town, ND. June 11, presentation by Phillip Whiteman Jr. on Medicine Wheel Model of Horsemanship. June 12-13, ride to sacred sites and camp for healing and wellness. For more information, contact Hugh Baker at 701-421-8123.
June 16-19: Oglala Lakota Ride Across the Homeland. Riding in honor of our beautiful lands (the Pine Ridge Reservation) and the future of our youth. For more information, please contact Percy White Plume 605-867-5834.
June 19-21: Twin Buttes Pow Wow and Horse Races. For more information call Ted Lone Fight III 701-421-0080.
June 20: Belt - Two Bulls Ride. The family of Ambrose Belt Sr. and Elizabeth Two Bulls-Belt welcome all riders, extended family and friends to join them in honoring these two who loved and respected horses. Starting at Little Grass Creek Road, NE of Oglala, SD and ending at Brother Rene' Hall in Oglala, SD. Honoring gifts, blessings, and an honoring meal will be provided. June 24-25: Lakota War Pony Races for youth and adults; capturing Custer's flag, games, and more. Camping available and everyone is welcome at Kiza Park, Manderson, South Dakota. For more information, contact Alex or Deb White Plume at 605-455-2534.

September 8-13: United Tribes Technical College Pow Wow and Summit. Great Plains Horse Society Alliance will host demonstrations, and meeting of all Allies, and enter in the Parade of Champtions! For more information contact Jessica White Plume at 218-791-4309.
September 18-20: Spirit Lake Sunka Wakan Ah-ku Dakota Ride for Wellness. Riding in honor of Spirit Lake youth, circling the Dakota lands of the beautiful Spirit Lake reservation. For more information see the poster below, or contact Darla Thiele at 701-351-0271.
